As a registered dietitian, I was also concerned about the variety of ingredients in the supplement, as some interact with medications I am taking (while I’m in pretty good health, it’s important to keep in mind that you can still have an interaction with common medications, like birth control pills). Over the course of the two weeks I went to my regular Orange Theory class three to five times a week, but didn’t feel any different, and I didn’t necessarily have more energy than usual.
